Uncovering the Path to Your Potential

In case you missed it, I’ve recently decided to make a pretty big shift in my coaching business. And that comes with an upcoming program that I cannot wait to release for all the women in my network.


I’m taking my 10+ years as a transformational life coach and my knowledge of methodologies such as cognitive behavior therapy frameworks, positive intelligence theory, and Brooke Castillo’s coaching model, to offer a unique approach to personal growth and empowerment with a powerful toolkit to navigate life’s challenges and build lasting resilience.


This approach is called CARES, a model designed to help women like you develop the skills you need to create a life of purpose and fulfillment. Whether you’re struggling with self-doubt, navigating a difficult situation, or simply looking for a purpose in your life, CARES will help you overcome obstacles, build confidence, and step into the life you want.


CARES is based on five life-changing principles necessary to create the change you’re looking for and sustain it for a lifetime. It all starts with your mindset, of turning as deeply inward as you can to uncover the limitations you’re putting on yourself.


So, what does CARES stand for? Let me give you the low-down.


Cognitive Restructuring


Cognitive restructuring is about identifying and changing negative thought patterns. Perhaps you’re a new business owner struggling with imposter syndrome and self-doubt that tells you you’re not good enough and you don’t deserve your success. You might be spiraling, stuck in a space where you’re so used to reiterating those negative thoughts they become your reality.


Cognitive restructuring is a technique that helps you challenge those thoughts and replace them with positive ones. It’s about creating new ways of thinking that are more productive and empowering, but most importantly—positively habit forming. CARES focuses on identifying the mind traps preventing you from moving forward using a variety of practices to support new habits and patterns. By learning to reframe your thoughts, you can create a more impactful outlook and overcome self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back.


Awareness and Acceptance


Awareness and acceptance are key components of personal growth and development to make positive changes in your life. It’s important to identify your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors when they come up. Maybe you constantly compare yourself to others and feel like you’re always falling short. This makes you feel stuck and unmotivated to try new things and seek new opportunities.


Awareness through CARES is about getting conscious of your patterns. I want you to recognize and understand where your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are rooted, and catch them when they happen. With my action-based tools, you’ll learn to accept and embrace all aspects of who you are—strengths and weaknesses included—and achieve a greater understanding of who you really are. You’ll no longer feel compelled to seek approval from others or feel disempowered because you’ll feel secure with who you are.


Resilience and Emotional Intelligence


Resilience and emotional intelligence are essential skills for navigating life’s challenges. You might be going through a breakup or divorce that’s left you feeling overwhelmed with grief, sadness, and uncertainty. You likely struggle to see how you can move forward and are struggling to stay grounded.


The goal is for you to develop the emotional intelligence to manage your emotions after you identify them. I want you to hone the skills you need to navigate difficult situations with greater ease and adaptability. Resilience is all about your ability to bounce back after tough times with healthy coping skills and self-support. CARES focuses on honing those skills through various mindfulness techniques and positive intelligence frameworks that help you grow and thrive from the experience.


Empowering Self-Confidence


Empowering self-confidence is a pivotal part of CARES. I want you to believe in yourself and your abilities so you can achieve your goals and live life without limitations. I struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. Perhaps you can relate to this, too, trying countless diets and exercise programs that never worked.


Then I realized the power of working inward to help change how I felt on the outside. Together, we’ll work on developing a strong sense of self-worth and confidence in all aspects of who you are. You will learn to recognize and appreciate your strengths, cultivating a more positive self-image. CARES will support your state of mind to overcome the challenges preventing you from believing in yourself and your ability to achieve your goals.


Stepping into Courage


The goal of this program is for you to take action and face your fears without uncertainty. I want you to push past your comfort zone and take risks knowing your capabilities. Maybe you’ve been working a job where you feel underappreciated and unsatisfied by the position. You know it’s time for a change but you fear the unknown, the potential failure, and aren’t sure how to take action.


CARES helps you foster the courage you need to overcome your fears and achieve your dreams by feeling secure in taking the necessary actions to create the life you want. I want you to identify what’s holding you back and gain the tools you need to face them head-on. With newfound courage and a greater sense of self-worth, you can pursue a path that aligns with your passions and values.
